Function 1: Internal Communication Marketing (20%):
- Collaborate with internal departments and the human resources team to facilitate employee engagement activities;
- Create compelling communication materials, with a preference for video content, to promote our brand among our internal audience.
Function 2: Branding (20%):
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote our brand across diverse media channels;
- Assist leaders in ensuring our brand identity is maintained consistently and effectively.
Function 3: Event Management (50%):
- Participate in the early planning stages of events aimed at supporting business expansion;
- Coordinate with external agencies to execute event plans seamlessly;
- Monitor and manage event budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Function 4: Project Management (10%):
- Gain exposure to project management by assisting in various projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Event or a related field.
Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills):
- Currently working at an agency or possessing prior experience in event organizing;
- Familar with short video editting tools;
- Having a TIKTOK or Instagram channel with 10K + followers is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work well within a team;
- Basic understanding of marketing and communication principles is a plus.
